69 Cent Couture

If my title isn't the epitome of an oxymoron, then I don't know what is =P. Explanation for it? To create this smexy mani, I used Wet n Wild Black Creme which I got for only 69 cents at Walgreens. WIN! Let's take a break from the indies and indulge in a drug store polish for today okay? GUYS, this has got to be one of my most favorite manis evaaaaar! Holler back to this post.
